Day 1: Introduction to Contextual Design & customer research
INTRODUCTION
The contextual design and double diamond process are foundational frameworks in UX design, guiding designers through a journey of discovery and delivery. The double diamond process begins with Discover, where designers explore and understand user needs, followed by Define, where insights are synthesized into a clear problem statement. In the Develop phase, solutions are ideated and prototyped, and finally, in Deliver, the most viable solution is refined and launched. This dual approach ensures that designs are deeply rooted in user context and are iteratively crafted with precision and creativity
